What is Widnes doing?

Hello my friends...

We have decided to add photos of things that the children do at Moorfield at different times of the year..some of them musical. I have included today photos of the Christmas nativity (birth of Christ), the school choir when they were rehearsing for a Christmas performance, and a child holding a Christingle orange...please look this up on the internet to see the history of Christingle. Each child in the school made one and then lit them in church at Christmas!

Vollversammlung assembly

Am Montag hatten wir unsere Vollversammlung, morgens um 08.00 h.
Während wir durch die Wise Guys per CD auf die Frage eingestimmt wurden "Mensch, wo bist Du? Wo geht die Reise hin?" Konnten wir gleich zu Beginn Denise, Wiete und Marcel auf die Bühne bitten. Wir Lehrer sind zur ersten Mobilität nach Widnes England ja ohne Schüler geflogen. Nachdem die 6b eigens für die drei Schüler: "Engel fliegen einsam - Du und ich gemeinsam!" konnten wir allen Schülern berichten, dass diese drei Schüler nun Anfang Februar mit nach Espoo/Finnland reisen werden.

On Monday we had our Assembly, in the morning at 08.00 h.
While we were inspired by the Wise Guys CD to the issue "Man, where are you? Where are we travelling next?" we could ask Denise, Marcel and Wiete to appear on stage.
Last time, three of our teachers were alone on the first mobility to Widnes England so no students have flown.
After class 6b sang: "Angels fly alone - you and I together!" -specifically for the three students- we could report to all other pupils that these three now will be traveling with us to Espoo, Finland - The named songs are on this page, too, so that our finish friends might listen to them once in a while, reading the text or looking at the pictures.

The name for a game

Wir arbeiten gerade an typischen deutschen Spielen, die wir gestalten und für unsere Freunde in Finnland als Geschenk mitnehmen wollen. Dabei ist mir eine ganz besondere Idee gekommen. Vor dem Flug nach Widnes hatten wir bereits mit den Kollegen das Spiel mit den Röhren gespielt. Jetzt gibt es ein Spiel - das noch keinen Namen hat.

Vollversammlung

Liebe Schüler, die Vorbereitung der Vollversammlung war heute Vormittag sehr angenehm. Ihr habt toll gesungen und konntet gar nicht aufhören. Deshalb hier noch einmal die Musik für die WPK Leute.

Liebe Schüler - wir haben beim Klimapuzzle ja einen Schwerpunkt, der heißt: Lebenslanges Lernen durch Musik. Die Wise Guys singen eine Frage. Mensch, wo bist Du? Im Grunde, wenn es um Verantwortung geht, für unsere Mitmenschen (Mitschüler) und unsere Umwelt (Klimakatastrophe - aber auch soziales Klima) Wir haben zur Verbesserung unseres Schulklimas ja diverse Aktionen laufen und unser Klima gilt obendrein sowieso als sehr gut. Am Montag werden wir auf der Vollversammlung mehr dazu erfahren. Engel fliegen einsam - wir aber nicht !Bis Montag gibt's noch 'ne Menge zu machen. Bis dahin - alles Liebe - Jürgen

Am 16./17. Februar 1962 ereignete sich eine der schlimmsten Katastrophen der Hamburger Geschichte. Daran erinnerten auch im Februar 2006 wieder zahlreiche Sondersendungen in Rundfunk und Fernsehen, darunter Dokumentationen beim NDR und bei RTL sowie ein zweiteiliger Spielfilm bei RTL:

(Gesendet am Montag, 18.02.02, 21:45 Uhr in der ARD).

Damals war die Höhe der Sturmflo von 5,70 Metern am Hamburger Pegel hatte niemand gerechnet. Danach wurde ein Untersuchungsausschuss eingesetzt, der 19 Monate lang nach den Ursachen forschte. Es stellte dann seine Arbeit ein, ein menschliches Versagen konnte nicht nachgewiesen werden.

Käytössä 16./17. Helmikuu 1962 tapahtui yksi pahimmista katastrofien historiaa Hampurissa. On myös muistettava, helmikuussa 2006 lukuisia erityisiä lähetykset radiossa ja televisiossa, myös dokumentteja ja NDR on RTL sekä kaksi-elokuva on RTL:

Andra elever Ler letar gamla recept från Tyskland, vad folk har kokat, om de inte har haft tillräckligt med mat. (dåliga tider)
Det finns också elever den tyska spel och knåpa med reglerna i spelet med hjälp av ett översättningsprogramm.
Två andra elever tillverkare söker information såsom sinter och romer i Tyskland som har upplevt katastrofer

Was die Inspektion nicht mehr sah

Liebe Schüler der Klassen 6a!
Ich weiß gar nicht mehr genau, wann ich das letzte Mal Jungens hatte, die mitgesungen haben. Die Mädchen waren wie natürlich auch sehr engagiert. Und zwar alle richtig gut. Super toll von Euch! Liebe Grüße Jürgen













Laura kam noch mit Charline zum Wpk 7, wo wir zu einem Playback eine Aufnahme auf dem PC gemacht haben.
Leider hatten wir mal wieder alle ordentlich Stress miteinander, der sich aber im Laufe der Arbeit - Gott sei Dank wieder legte.- Das Ergebnis war am Ende sehr gut.

















Liebe 6a ! Hier sind ein paar Fotos vom gestrigen Unterricht zum Thema Engel fliegen einsam. Es war großartig, wie gut ihr gestern alle mitgemacht habt. Klasse!!! Jürgen

Aber auch in der 6b wurde intensiv gearbeitet. Konstantin macht sogar eine Powerpoint Präsentation zum Thema Spurensuche (Winter 1978) Victoria und Vanessa basteln ein 'Deutsches Spiel' für unsere Partnerschüler in Finnland als Gastgeschenk.
Die anderen Kinder arbeiten natürlich auch. Besonders schwierig ist es für Simon Alexander und Jonas, denn die müssen quasi Pantomimekarten herstellen, mit denen man sich 'ohne Worte' verständigen kann. So quasi als träfe man jemanden, dessen Sprache man nicht kann. Das ist bei Finnen durchaus der Fall.
